Causes for PEA with wide QRS

PEA with slow and wide QRS 比 PEA with narrow QRS 較為嚴重且較難恢復成竇性心律(sinus rhythm)。

常見原因如下：
1.severe hyperkalemia
2.metabolic acidosis
3.drug intoxication
4.massive myocardia infarction
5.severe hypothermia (<28度C)
